To Display or Hide the Shortcut Bar

The Shortcut Bar command on the View menu controls the display of the Shortcut Bar. Clicking the command turns the Shortcut Bar off and on. Workflow Manager preserves the Shortcut Bar setting from one session to the next, so the Workplace Today window launches with the same view that you were using when you last exited the program.

From the View menu, choose Shortcut Bar.
To hide the Shortcut Bar, right-click inside in the Shortcut Bar pane and select Hide BOUD Bar from the shortcut menu.
